Here you will find details about some of the services I provide to individuals to promote health and well-being. They range from therapeutic massage and energetic healing, through to individualised programs designed to decrease stress, promote relaxation and achieve personal success and inner peace.

I provide face-to-face massage and healing treatments from my home-based studio in Surry Hills (Sydney) as well as providing telephone, Skype and email-based consultations and personalised spoken-word audio materials in MP3 format or or on CD and Cassette tape.

I hold a Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma from the NSW School of Therapeutic Massage, including Swedish, Remedial, Sports and Aromatherapy massage styles. I also studied for a month at the Beijing Massage Hospital in China.

My massage studies are supported by a Degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and supplemented with a Certificate in Relaxation Hypnosis, as well as several courses in Healing Touch and Energetic Healing approaches.
